Thanks Lisa for breaking this down. As a student of yours
and of success principles, I knew many of these steps but
was getting caught up with prospects that would "falsely
relieve the tension by putting the idea to take action on
a “someday” to-do list." Your article makes that clear for
me and helps me to connect the dots for myself and helping
clients to say "Yes" to themselves.

The best example I have of turning my speaking/training into BIG MONEY is when I was helping out a friend with her small network marketing group on a Sat. morning. After I did the Behavioral Styles workshop, "Make Your Impression The Best, For More Exposure and Better Money" a gentleman afterward asked if this training would work for conflict resolution. I explained it absolutely word, and was hired on the spot. Little did I know I was about to be Executive Coaching the top 3 executives of the largest engineering project to hit the Phoenix metropolitan area for the next 50 YEARS! I spent 3 years on this project, and trained the entire company on behavioral styles, communication strategies, conflict resolution and team building. IT WAS AWESOME! I couldn't have planned that, which is why I go by The "Accidental Leader".

What a gorgeous video Lisa!

I have to admit that I often wing it on my calls, so I'm really happy to have this vid. Bookmarking it for my next teleseminar or webinar.

Thanks!

You are so right on. I was in the registration line at an event behind a woman whose emails I get. After several conversations over 3 days about what I needed she is now my coach. If I hadn't met her we would not have this relationship.

Great points Lisa! Thank you for the reminder. I have
various talks (i.e., Make Your Vision Your Reality in 2012)
and I do well speaking in front of groups but it is usually
small groups such as Rotary or networking groups. Your
point about being specific makes perfect sense... I had
never thought about how it would help me to be a complement
to those that are putting on the event. Now off to
think of a new specific talk title targeting my ideal
client! Thank you! ~Crystal
