Thanks for putting the obvious into words. Telling them what you’re going to do, recognizing you can’t do everything, then keeping your word builds trust and credibility. Transparency makes people comfortable listening to you because they know they won’t be taken for a ride.

Love this tip. I was in the National Forensic League in High school which taught me to speak confidently( great life skills) but like so many things in school they don`t teach you how to MONETIZE the skill. Thanks for doing that, it is so important.
